Homemade Root Beer & Root Beer Floats

Sterilizing the bottles took a while. We filled them with no-rinse sanitizer, and let it sit for ten minutes, and then set them upside-down for another ten minutes while they dried out.

Filling the bottles was simple. Once I mixed the ingredients together, they sat for two days in a dark place, (the cupboard,) and then in the fridge.Mr. Root Beer, meet Ms. Ice Cream! Mr. Root Beer floats were the bomb! It tasted delicious!

Mmmmm... another gallon to go!
